HOW TO ORDER MANTRA BEADS
A. Order on-line:
Feel free to place a fully secure, on-line order. If you order two or more items from the store please contact Mari in order to get a combined shipping total. Shipping as it is listed is for a single item only. You can e-mail questions to: Mari@mantrabeads.com.
B. Order by mail:
If you prefer to mail me, please:
- Click the "Continue to Checkout" button on your shopping
cart order page. The next screen will show you verification of
all the information on your order, and will add tax and shipping.
- Check to see that everything is correct.
- Then, instead of submitting your order via the internet, press
the "PRINT" button on your browser toolbar, at the bottom
of the page. Your printed order form may then be mailed to Mari
Hall at Mantra Beads.
- Mail in your order form with a money order; for International
orders: payment by International Bank Check or Money Order in
U.S. funds only. If your order is shipped to a Texas address,
please add 8.25% of the subtotal for sales tax.
- Mail to Mantra Beads, 6103 Alden Street, Houston, TX 77084.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Other than the payment option listed above I accept payment through
PayPal (see below).
PAYPAL
PayPal is a fast, free, and easy way to send money directly from
your checking account or credit card. It is secure (e-Bay has
been using it for years), and I have found it to be quick and
reliable (especially for some International orders).You simply:
- Go to PayPal at the hotlink listed below,
- Register by clicking on the "Sign Up" button at the
top of the page and enter some basic information (takes about
3 minutes),
- After confirming your information, select how you want to pay
(from your bank account or credit card),
- For Mantra beads orders, the receiving address is my e-mail

INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS ORDERS:
I invite international orders. We ship by Global Priority Mail
which generally takes only 4-10 days. I try to keep shipping costs
as low as possible. Please e-mail for quote on shipping cost.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
I make certain our merchandise is sent in good condition and with
adequate packing. Should damage occur in shipping, please contact
us immediately for information on returns and replacement. Thank
you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
if you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you can do
so within 10 days, please package the return in a sturdy box rather
than an envelope to avoid any shipping damages. Indicate whether
you would like an exchange, refund or credit toward a future purchase,
and your reason for returning your purchase. I value your comments.
Include your invoice number, name, address and daytime phone number
and/or email address. Please return to address above. If a Mantra
Bead piece should break within 3 months of purchase due to normal
wear, I will restring it and return it to you at no cost.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Your customer information is used only to insure that your order
is processed to your satisfaction. We never share, sell, or give
out any customer information.
